Then don't - not every game needs to be 120fps.
FTFY, OP.
Given your hummingbird levels of perception, maybe let the Air Force know you're available, and grab a joystick that matters.
On the whole, Elden Ring is not bad on PC like a lot of other Japanese games, but it still lags behind on some features that should be standard in PC games at this point.
I still recommend playing it despite being locked to 60. You will enjoy it, I'm sure.
I never said anything about being unable to run the game at 120.
What I said was that the "ugh, I cannot enjoy a game at 60" is performative elitism, and you are wasted on video games with your clearly ubermensch-levels of visual perception. So go, go to your calling, and become a combat pilot.

Games are not all built exactly the same way. As you grow up and play more video games, you come to appreciate the time and effort which went into developing the products you're making purchase decisions on.
The game has won GOTY, has sold a crapload of copies, and has been played AND enjoyed for billions of hours collectively, all the while being capped at 60fps. Maybe try it, you have 2 hours to play, then you can refund if it's really that bad for you.
