Sneak-Kills are Easy

I just learned all you got to do is crouch (x on PC) and then walk up behind them, and just normal click... no heavy attack or anything, just normal click and it will do a special stealth kill.

I did a wretch build that I turned into a stealth ninja with powerstanced twinblades, it's one of the funnest builds so far.

BTW you don't even need to crouch, you just need to walk slowly so they don't hear you. If you get Crepus' vial then you don't make any sound so you can just run up behind enemies and get a sneak attack. Some enemies are scripted to wake up when you enter their space though so it's not 100% effective, but it is a lot of fun.

it is not a stealth kill. you do a critical attack this way. this deals alot of damage, but it is not an insta-kill

You also also do this by strafing around enemies mid combat, it's great fun doing backstab attacks :D
