It should be fine. One thing to note though is that FS games tend to have their sales quite far apart. Could be another year before the next sale.

hopefully but this is not a terrible/game breaking/needs fixing kind of problem, more of an annoyance, but I was wondering if other gms, players have experienced this.

Players do not act realistically to any kind of authority in the game. If the players are entering a town, and a guard starts to question them about confiscating their weapons, they tend to get into a fight.

If players are thieves working for a thief's guild, and a handler comes by to pick up a 3% tithe on their earnings to go back to the guild, they tend to get into a fight.

Maybe it is just the players I play with, although, I have played with many different groups over the years, and it seems like a pretty common attitude. Something about being in a game and, suddenly, the evaluation for discounting any kind of authority shoots to the max.

I mention this, because, when I run a game, it makes me want to gloss over any interactions in the town, because the game devolves into the same old escape from town, we can not go back into town, move on to the next town and start trouble all over again.
wtf

Okay, i'll keep this in mind because i noticed DS games haven't been on sale for awhile too

The good thing to note is that it's finally on sale. Once a game finally goes on sale, it starts to appear more and more. Sekiro seems to go on sale now probably... every other month or maybe even sooner than that, so I expect it to probably go back on sale in a month or two. That's just assuming previous trends of things though.

I just spoke to the reformed orthodox rabbi Bill, and he shared some of his wisdom to me:

"Grab it and try it! you got 2 hours to make up your mind about it. And I did not have any relations with that fingermaiden."

You can make an account on isthereanydeal, import your wishlist and get an email when a game you want has a certain dicount threshold.

And no, spring sale is probably the next one. Not n a bloody year till next winter. Wth.

Check out the thread the dude created. He's trolling--and while the trolling itself is the same insipid, uninspired pablum that proliferates everywhere these days, it seems to be having the intended effect.

After all, he's getting attention.

The wit of twelve year olds appears to be the apotheosis of human achievement with regard to puppeteering.

Bandai often makes sales without Fromsoft games. And winter seems to be the most sales activity in general, because of Christmas and bad weather...

@OP If you are willing wait up to a whole year, just wait. I would also assume, that other stores get cheaper.
alumlovescake Dec 31, 2022 @ 6:33am
Chances are no. all 4 Dark Souls games has gone a year+ with no sale
