What also sucks is that, without Waterfowl, I actually think Malenia would be good fight. Hell, even just making it a 1-part attack instead of 3 would be an improvement. I also think the attack looks "off" and out of place. She flails around like a headless chicken nearly across the entire arena and you're just like "wtf." I am convinced she is what a Tomoe fight from Sekiro would have looked like. All of her attacks look like they were meant to be deflected.
It's already at the level of it's predecessors. All souls games dropped the ball hard in many areas and DS1 has the exact same issue of dropping heavily in quality in the second half. They are all unfinished, extremely unbalanced and far from being as good as the hype is trying to make them.
The only one that I'd say is actually better in the quality aspect is Bloodborne and Sekiro if you want to consider that one a soulslike(I don't).
It would definitely be nice to see it live to it's potential tho.

i wish there was the option to remove those arms from the BB and make the sword look like Rykard's portrait. That sword looks pretty sweet.
Had to turn the sound off for Laurence, but kept the music on. Effect: you're now playing in a metal music video. Can recommend.
