Report a translation problem
Could it be somehow depend on my first agreement choise (i declined agreement firstly, and then acceped in game menu) ?

the question normally came up every start of the game
this error is at the offset for directx, GPU driver and c++
check for bios updates
reinstall c++ redistributable

maybe windows files are damaged
open cmd as administrator and run this two commands
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
maybe gamefiles are damaged
verify gamefiles in steam, restart windows, verify again (also a reinstall of the game could help)
Windows commands finished without any problems, so I'll try to reinstall the game
Windows has no any issues.
MS Visual C++ 2015-2022 last one installed.
Still can't connect...
Somebody have any ideas?
