Is it still possible, to get this sword "early game"? I mean with using the teleporter to the capital, beating both bosses there?

As you cant enter the City without 2 Great Runes, no you cant.
You need 2 Great Runes to enter Leyndell, so you need to kill Morgott too.

Not without glitches, no:

- Rivers of Blood is located in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
- There is one way into the Mountaintops: Up the Grand Lift of Rold.
- There is one way to access the Grand Lift of Rold: Have Melina give you the Rold Medallion after getting rejected by the Erdtree.
- To reach and get rejected by the Erdtree, Morgott has to die.
- To kill Morgott, you must get into Leyndell.
- To get into Lenydell — Doesn't matter if you use the front entrance or the back entrance, both drop you in the same place — you must acquire two Great Runes (doesn't matter which two) and present them to the Two Fingers in Roundtable Hold.
- To get into Roundtable Hold, you must accept Melina's accord and step foot into a region outside of Limgrave — Stormveil, Liurnia, Caelid, e.t.c.

By the time you've done all of that, you're already going to be well into Elden Ring's lategame.
