Can't play with fullscreen on PC please help
Anyone know why my pc can't use full screen in this game
game force me to play with 800x600 when I try to change game is crash

is your monitor able to run in 60 Hz mode ?

if your monitor does not support 60 Hz mode a fullscreen mode with this game is not possible, try to configure in your GPU driver 60Hz resolutions (if the monitor will support them)

What are your specs?
Is your monitor plugged into the motherboard or the discrete graphics card?
I recommend doing a CMD Prompt as Admin > type ' sfc /scannow ' to repair windows.
I also recommend freshly/cleanly installing GPU drivers in case corruption there is to blame
