FPS issues
Does anybody have lower FPS after the update?

Not lower FPS just worse 1% lows. Noticed that the game is only using one CPU core and 0% GPU utilization as well but idk if these are visual bugs with Task Manager (doubt)

0 differences in performance here. i.e.: runs 60fps almost all the time.

Mine fps was always 60, smooth as hell. The update made fps drops below 60 in all areas, like 50-55fps is constant now

For me no matter the graphics settings open areas go to like 45 FPS or 50 at the LOWEST. I got 2060 SUPER NVIDIA. I play on 2k or HD but like I said 45-50 in open areas. In close areas I get 60 at 2K display.
