The old DS1 community kinda fought to convince Wulf(hence my name lol) and each other that it needed to just work for all parties that wanted connectivity. It plugs-in or attaches to the game and beats as a second heart, without any preferential bias to PvE or PvP. Wulf could have designed it to scorn us all, but he didn't and I still appreciate him for that.
In other words, Seamless Mod is not so seamless for the overlap of PvE and PvP-centric players, and does not preserve the integrity of game mechanics.
