nerfing meteorite staff and removing the bird

basically to cheat the entire game without any other knowledge the easiest path is this:
collect meteorite staff,
collect rock sling,
genocide your way into atlus plateau and squish the beast dude
farm the bird for runes,
genocide the rest of the game, you wouldnt even need to change the staff as rock sling doing poise damage is pretty potent.

considering a lot of the other game breaking stuff has been tweaked and since this method also just ends the game, i think the meteorite staff should be relocated to lyndell or changed to not be like a +6/+7 somber weapon and the bird should be outright removed.
rock sling can stay as it is, i guess (its very powerful due to delay, range, physical dmg and poise dmg but its not really the problem)

why wouldnt nerfing everything not be the answer? itd totally do the job.

the amount of potentially useful strats would increase if everything was on the same footing,
and with the width increasing, so would the depths of the game.
people would actually start seeing the bosses movesets instead of mowing them down quickly and as a result would see more content and would learn to counter their movesets.

the other staffs only overpower the meteorite staff at +6 or +7 and since youll have rocksling, i hope we can agree that its on +7.
The first time you can get a +7 stone is for most people in the sewers of lyndell. at that point you can easily have the bird abuse going on and the 80 int youll then have will carry you to the end, wether you change your stuff or not.

Literally can't happen. It never did happen in ANY arpg ever made because it's impossible to balance different builds and playstyles to be equal.

This genre isn't for you, go play something else. I recommend pvp shooters like csgo and such. You will be equal with your enemies in every possible way with no exploits.

The best staff for someone having 99 Int and Fai...or well less you know, can start outclassing the other with 50 of Int and Fai plus Rancors and explosive ghostflame got buffed last patch.

itd be ridiculous to say that the meteorite staff doesnt get overshadowed in the end game, im not saying that.

there is no discussion if there is no controversy, a thread like "crystal release is useless" would just be met with agreement and thats pointless.

i did hope that someone would post some additional solutions to the problem with the meteorite staff, but if almost everybody is simply in disagreement , then so be it, its not like thatd not be a viable reply.

I think i just did that....people trying to finish the game with the meteorite staff are doing things terribly wrong. Mainly because they dont know other options (linked them here) or what is the best staff of the game (linked and posted the video with it, any caster with 50 Int/Fai or more can do the same i did in the video).
Also because they probably have just youtubed a "OMG BEST STAFF EVER BREAKS THE GAME"...i really want people to be more intuitive and thank god i got to "mentor" some friends directly.

It's a noob trap!
True casualiser of content is a greatbow with rain of arrows. You can kill any boss with it while hiding in an unreachable location.
You will have no problem going trough the game with a greatbow+3 up to Malenia.
You will have easy time against any massive enemy.
And no danger whatsoever.

You are extremely wrong.
The process will be the same, just other things will take the place of now op things.
If everything will be the same - no reason to go out of your way to get it/build for it, and the fastest/poisest things will be used instead.

Man please no.......you know how much i cant stand that guy?....as a old time WOW player just reading his name makes me cry.

Also From didnt send him a Elden Ring copy as they did with other Youtubers.
