What is an Albinauric?

Are they the old guys who crawl around or the guys with pots on their heads that grab you? Or are they the fat rubber looking cartwheel guys who look like fat Gumby?

Yes, Latenna says this to you when she joins you after showing her one half of the Secret Medallion.

'Let's try again. I'm Latenna. An Albinauric, the same as Old Albus.'

Her quest is to ensure the next generation of Albinaurics are birthed through her larger sister. How this works exactly is unknown though.

well, you get the item with semen in it.
thats why latenna was traveling to the male village.
ofc they dont use "jiZ*container" as itemname but "birthing droplet", and what "doplet" gets women pregnant? classical japanese devs adding a quest into the game where you have to get a woman pregnant who is in a coma.
