I think there might be a talisman...I know radagons increases spell speed. But I can't remember if there is a skill one for sure

If you have troubles with P2 just go with a good ranged fire spell. Agheel flame will allow you to incinerate Malenia from a safe distance when she casts the Aeonia.
Having trouble dodging her P2 clones and more aggresive moves? then be patient and wait for another Aeonia cast , you get more than enough time to cast a full Agheel fire breath.

If you are only melee good luck out there, there is no magic advice to kill her fast. Just bring a weapon with bleed/fire if posible (Mogh trident is the best choice in a objetive way) and dodge like crazy.

And your answer. Dexterity increases you cast speed also as the legend above me mentioned Radagon icon. Not 100% sure about if this works with skills. I dont do theory! just empirical evidence and i didnt bothered testing that.

Nope, skills come out at one speed. It would be nice if there was a talisman for skill speed.

Just had a chance to look it up and the talisman I was thinking of didn't affect skill speed it was skill duration.
