Fia's quest.

I'm on NG+3 and I still haven't managed to complete Fia's quest and fight Fortissax.

I've got the dagger from her, given it to D, spoken to her in the roundtable hold, taken D's armor, found her in Deeproot depths and hugged but she just tells me about Godrick returning, doesn't mention cursemarks or anything else and the teleporter only takes me to Leyndell.

What am I doing wrong? Or rather, what SHOULD I be doing?

IIRC correctly, Fia askes at the last location a question, which has to be answered correctly. Along the lines, that you don't despise her of what she is or similar.

Yeah, she asked me if I was here to stop her. I said no, I just wanted hugs. I think it's the cursemark thing. I'll do Ranni's questline and see if I can get it to work.

Did you receive the "radiant" baldachin blessing? This is a better version of the stupid baldachin blessing, which reduces 5% max health, if in possession

I think you may have missed a lot of Rogier's quest which is easy to do. You must follow Ranni's quest and get the item that she wants you to find for her. When you give it to her she will give you the Carian Inverted Statue. This will enable you to get to the top of the Divine Tower of Liurnia and retrieve the cursemark that Fia needs from Ranni's burned corpse. Then you can return to Fia and initiate a lot of dialogue. Just keep talking to her until she repeats herself then rest at the Grace and talk to her again. Keep doing that until you find her asleep. Then you can enter the dream and fight the nasty dragon. After you kill the dragon you will find that Fia is dead and the item you need for her ending is on the body. Rest at the Grace again and D's brother will be there if you gave him the armor. If you didn't give him the armor he won't be there because he doesn't matter. If he is there he will have mutilated her body and be talking a lot of smack. He did not kill her because she died before from the process of giving birth to the item you need for her ending. You can do whatever you want with him, he's disposable. The point of how these three quests intersect is to show Ranni's part in breaking the Elden Ring.
