Challenge ideas for beginners?

Beginners to challenges I mean, not the game overall.

No <mechanic> run ( blocking, dodging, aow, summons, etc )
Naked run
Wretch run

arent naked and level 1 runs significantly harder in elden ring than dark souls?

Dude. I'm casual af. I came with suggestions, not experience. I hit a wall at O&S on my solo, sl1, nude run. That's the best I've ever accomplished.

well im thinking about doing a wretch completionist run if anyone wants to jump in.
Itll be fun having 2-3 players running through starting with nothing and building to be the true lord

Before attempting the harder runs, just do an exclusive themed run. Ranged only, no shields, etc. Then progress to the level 1 runs, deathless etc, no graces or whatever floats your boat.

Ive done a no grace run before. all i can say is never again

does no grace mean level 1 and literally walking to every location or can Melina appear at the first grace?
