What are those statues, partially cracked open, with light shining inside

Just wondering if those statues that are cracked and you can see a light shining inside have something inside I can get, what do I need to with them?

Mt. Gelmir after the Magma Wyrm boss fight near Fort Laidd: use rune bear to break
Mountain Top of the Giants near a frozen waterfall next to a main site of grace: use a golem to break

I don't know of any magma wyrms or bears in Stormveil Castle. The one in particular I'm talking about is past Altus Plateau I think the name of the place is, before where you have an unfortunate run in with Patches.

I have been to Limgrave and Mt Top Giants. Will visit Mt Gelmir next. The rock in Stormveil castle is quite far from the troll.
