Does Killing Maliketh while doing Goldmask questline, lock me out of getting the frenzy flame ending, or vice versa?

I've been following the Goldmask questline because I wanted his armor and other goodies at the end, but I was trying to do the frenzied flame ending this run. I haven't grabbed the frenzy flame yet, because I didn't want to potentially lock myself out of Goldmask's whole questline. I've progressed to where I'm right before the Fire Giant and am wondering if I can kill Maliketh and finish the Goldmask questline, then grab the frenzy flame rune.

No, it shouldn't lock you out.

No, killing Malketh doesn't lock you out as there's still a path to get to the sewers and as such a way to the flame of frenzy.

yeah, im aware of that part. had to clarify cause the guide i was watching said that finishing the goldmask questline can lock you out of some other ending related questlines

Nothing will locked you out of Frenzy Flame. You can even kill the Elden Beast then go back to Cathedral of the Forsaken and it will still give you the Flame of Frenzy which unlock the Frenzied Flame ending. You don't even have to do Hyetta's questline. Just go straight to the Cathedral, take of your equipments then open the door.

Acquiring Frenzy Flame, however, will lock you out of other ending even if you have all the mending runes. Once you acquired the Flame of Frenzy, if you touched Fractured Marika, it will automatically trigger the Frenzied Flame ending.

You'll have to use Miquella's Needle at Dragonlord Placidusax's arena at Crumbling Farum Azula if you want to remove the Flame of Frenzy. However, if you remove the Flame of Frenzy, you can never acquire it again.

Be careful. I'd suggest make a copy of your save file before touching Fracture Marika, do one ending at a time.

You can get Goldmask's stuff if you complete Corhyn's quest line. You won't be able to choose the Goldmask ending if you go Frenzied, but that ending has no achievement so why bother. The last time you talk to Corhyn in the Ashen Capitol he gives you the Mending Rune of Perfect Order which you need for the Goldmask ending. He probably won't give it to you if you've got the Frenzied eyes. Not sure about that but it's useless anyway. You can talk to him before you go see the Three Fingers to get Frenzied.
