other accounts at risk or not?

I have a softban account for 180 days, so I created a new account and did a game borrow system and after playing for 3 hours a notification came out saying that the first account that got softban so I can't play on the new account too, what if I buy the game new and using the new saved data from my new account? will it still be banned or not? please help

Given that you're asking how to circumvent the ban, it seems like you didn't learn anything.

Take the ban, learn how to behave in games with multiplayer features, and never do it again.
It's only 180 days, not forever. Alternatively, buy a console and the game for that console. You will get banned there again, if you buy hacked items again, lol.

No no no my new save data is pure with nothing i have start it over from new game and not buying anything again from the third party, i mean its that save data is still can be play or not ? in the new game that i buy with other account.

It is not known how many data EAC is collecting now if it works like other ban Systems you would need a new Mailadress that is not tied to your old ones, a new Internet Account, a new steam Account and a new elden ring there and a new Computer with a new Windows licence.
