Offer Bell Bearing bug?
So I just got the Smithing Miner's Bell Bearing [3] - and I can't give it to the twin husk shop?

Every time I try, it says "Offered D's Bell Bearing", over and over. Which is strange, because D is still alive, and sitting at the main table. I've never actually had D's Bell Bearing.

What is this? Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to fix this?
I really need some help on this one, because this Bell Bearing is super important - I need to go full supermarket sweep and just load my pockets with those smithing stones.
