I'm in my second playthrough and by mistake i just smashed out Patches and now he no longer lives. I know that i can't revive him in the church so what i'm asking is there is a "obscure" way to get this sckr back ?

Good job. The obscure way to get him back is to buy the next FROM game when he is brought back for the nth time, but otherwise NG/NG+.

If by obscure you mean messing with the game, then maybe loading a backup save if you have, otherwise, dont think so.

2. Talk to the Twin Maiden Husks.
3. Offer Patches' Bell Bearing.
4. You will receive access to Bell Bearing Shop 2 items.
5. Will find the following items for sale to include Margit's Shackle for 5K.
