I just check mine and it's in
Local disc (C:) > Users > (your user name) > AppData > Roaming > EldenRing.

There are several Roamig folders in your system. Make sure to check Roaming folder by clicking to your specific "username" folder first.

sometimes important folders may be hidden on your pc. Select the Start button, then select Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization. Select Folder Options, then select the View tab. Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select OK. This may help to locate folder if it was hidden before.

I'd buy you a drink if I could. My hats off to you, thank you so much.
