Is there any way of reporting bugs?

I took a quick look on the Bandai site, but couldn’t see anything on how you can report bugs, and I’m not hopeful any devs browse these forums much, if at all. :-/

I have an annoying crashing bug that I want to report. It seems to happen frequently whilst I’m in the Sellia Crystal Tunnel.

Good luck, I haven't seen any PS4 game ported to PC that is patched 6 months after release - they believe the port is a favour for the PC community and bonus revenue.

Edit: Note to those who cry in this forum about unbalanced invasion, nerf this or that, ban mods, etc. FS doesn't read or care about your posts - you are just annoying the community.

Oh. Awesome. Thanks for that. :D I was playing the game at the time and was checking on my phone and what came up wasn’t very useful. I’ll have to try triggering the crash again. Shouldn’t be too difficult. It’s a crash that really needs nipping in the bud. Thankfully, I don’t encounter it often, but there has been a few times it triggers. And that Crystal Tunnel is a common place it happens.

Go to namco Bandai site for your region. Open support ticket containing a detailed description and ideally include a picture or video of it happening. If it's a crash, include dxdiag report (just search dxdiag from the windows start menu)

If I were a dev I'd stay well away from steam forums as well. It is not a place of reasonable people who can report a problem without having an entitled rageout

See, I don't get an option to open a support ticket anywhere. I'm using the .eu site. I've gone to Support > Elden Ring > specified the platform and topic on the left, and it just provides topics. In this case, just something about Penalties.

There is a Contact Us, but I need an account, and I think that's just to ask a question rather than submit a ticket.

A lot of us have random crashing and connection errors its been confirmed its EAC causing the issues. Good luck reporting it though

Set up an account. I'll try sending a question where you can choose the topic and attach a file etc. See if they get back to me.

Finally got some feedback after sharing some crash logs with them. No surprises - they're not going to do anything about it. They say it's my CPU that's to blame being too old and not meeting the minimum requirements.

It’s clearly bandais responsibility to upgrade Op’s rig. Shame on them.
