use one seppuku on both weapons

i saw youtube videos where ppl did it with only one seppuku by 1h the offhand then switch to 2h and used it with theright weapon. at least the guy said you only need one time sepukku. i cant do it. is it patched? do i need to duplicate the ash of war to use it on both hands?

Pretty sure iirc Seppuku its a self buff on the equipped weapon so you would need to duplicate it and then primary wield left hand first > buff > swap to dual wield stance > buff again.
