plz help. I love this poleblade arcane build but want to progress it further
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eZX3CJKRP8

this is a lvl 100 build guide. i want to go lvl 125 and can't decide what to push further.
here are my attributes at lvl 112 with and without radagon's soreseal talisman (dont know if i want to keep or swap the talisman later)

with talisman --- without talisman

vig 40 --- vig 35
min 25 --- min 25
end 20 --- end 15
str 21 --- str 16
dex 21 --- dex 16
int 7 --- int 7
fai 17 --- fai 17
arc 60 --- arc 60

should i go higher with endurance or push arcane further? most builds i saw have araound 30 endurance?
maybe i could respec and put less in mind but i use incarnations pretty much.

what do you think? i'm thankful for any sort of recommendations and tips.

I would level DEX to 21 so you can use the Poleblade without buffs - better to have 55 ARC and 21 DEX IMO, compared to the inverse

More Arcane if you want more offense, more Endurance for more defense is the short answer.

Basically depends on what you want to make better in your build, any "weaknesses" to shore up, or strengths to make even better

For example, if you feel like you run out of FP too quickly, level Mind, but don't worry about it if you are happy with how it works, and put those points in something else.

Making sure you have enough Endurance to equip everything you want without the Soreseal, having that talisman slot available, as well as removing the defense penalty, can be really useful. It's still powerful and probably worth using, but nice to have other options.

Getting a couple more lbs of equip load can help you hold more weapons, either to use themselves, or for the Ash of War - a crossbow with status effect bolts, or a dagger with Golden Vow or BHS can be nice to have

pvp or pve? [/quote]

i want to do pvp but also be able to deal with the late game pve content^^
and without knowing so much about pvp... i think "mind" could be too high. in pvp i think i would not need that much fp. am i right?

You can drop Arcane into the 50 range. No point in going much higher than 45 even on dedicated builds. I am not quite sure which class you started out as. If you tell me I could post the build I would be going if you wanted to min-max.

But even without that some tips. If you go for level 125 you need to have 60 vigor no matter what. Endurance as high as you need to edge out a medium load for your build. Arcane around 50 -55 and rest should be invested into dex. Faith would be perfect at 15 for Flame, Grant me Strength. Mind is plenty high already and you could even lower that a bit. Strength only to hit the requirements of weapons you like.

Also Radagon's Soreseal gets worse the higher you get. You shouldn't run it at level 100 anymore and definitely not if you wanna go higher. You will have more than enough stats at these levels.

Beyond that you should try to hit 60 poise on your build which will really help if you want to start PvP. Passive poise is really strong in this game. (Crucible set is amazing + Bull Goat's ring, Scaled set + Bull Goat Greaves etc.)

And one more thing. The Poleblade is flashy but not the greatest for PvP. You can make it work but it's not best weapon for fighting other players cos it's rather predictable.

I started with the hero class. it would be very nice if you can min max the build for me =)
and thank you guys. you are helping me a lot. i love this game and the community <3

Never started as a hero but it seems to be decent for Arcane builds. With that said here is a build I would personally run for both PvP and PvE.
Stats:
Level: 125
Vigor: 60
Mind: 16
Endurance: 20
Strength: 16
Dexterity: 20
Faith: 15
Arcane: 50
Talismans: Bull Goat's Talisman (more for PvP but decent in PvE), Shard of Alexander (Strong if you like your Ashes of War, amazing in both PvE and PvP), Erdtree's Favor +2 (very great to boost your stats a good chunk), Millicent Prosthesis (more of a personal choice but pretty viable for the build we are going for). You can always switch in the Great Jar Arsenal talisman for the Millicent Prosthesis if you wanna use heavier weapons like the spear.
Weapons: Eleonora's Poleblade, Bloody Helice (great for PvP), Mohgwyn Spear (2 handed you hit exactly 24 strength to use it), Marais Executioner's Sword (2 handed gives you enough strength to use it), Dragon Seal for your spells (scales with Arcane and empowers your dragon breath spells)
Spells: Flame, Grant me Strength; Rotten Breath and other normal breath variants, Swarm of Flies. Beyond that I personally wouldn't go for much spell usage because most Arcane spells aren't amazing and only viable if you have maximum casting speed which would take a hit at your other stats and talismans.
Armor: Whatever you like at 60+ poise. Crucible set without helmet gives you 65 poise and looks great. I personally like to have no helmet or Malenia's.

This build gives you nearly 2k HP for PvP and even more for PvE when using Great Runes. 65 Poise to not get staggered in PvP by most weapons, especially dual wielding setups. A ton of Arcane for your weapon scaling and Dragons Breaths. Poleblade and Bloody Helice fit the nimble warrior and the other two are great for your stats and fun to experiment with.

If you have any questions feel free to ask them.

thank you very much. i will try to get all the stuff and test your build. i'm still in my first playthrough and trynot to miss important items. i let you know when i have completed and tried out your build.

I am glad to help. If you have any questions or want some non-spoiler hints about the items just ask. PvP overall is the endgame activity of souls games so take your time.

i have no problem with spoilers^^ i am running guides from "its Shatter" since a while. i don't know if i screwed up a few quests already. i will see.

for Shard of Alexander and Millicent Prosthesis i have to do their quests, right? i am on track with these two quests i guess.
Is radagon's seal worth it? I mean you do get a lot of extra damage but Im someone who cant avoid getting hit here and there, and my current build is a full endurance sitting at 63 or 64 for stupid goat armor (just because I wanted to) with starscourge blade.

The damage seems to be not worth the hassle of almost halving my dmg reduction. It adds like 15% dmg in trade for -50% dmg reduction.

I actually hate how FROM hides their numbers.

Exactly. Shard of Alexander is rather straight forward and probably the most powerful talisman in the game right now. Millicent questline involves a choice at the end and depending on your choice you get either her Prosthesis or another Talisman. Considering it's your first playthrough you probably shouldn't / won't get the Prosthesis. And as a said it's a rather personal build pick. The alternative you get would still be more than suitable without screwing with other questlines.

Radagon's seal is highly dependent on the level you are at. Mathematically it's usefulness ends at around level 90. Beyond that no build should be using it, especially if they want to venture into PvP.

good to know. i am at the point in the story where i can finally equip all 4 talismans and am now on my way to get the lord of blood's exulation. i have considered that as a must have for my actual build. i am looking forward to try your recommendations out. until then i will test alternatives i have access to. i will respec soon when i hit lvl 125 and then go on without radagon's seal

Lord of blood's exultation is definitely an amazing talisman. But it's also a sore spot in the community considering how overtuned some bleed builds are right now. Its also why I personally haven't used them much and simply forgot that this talisman existed. But yeah, its probably a stronger alternative to the Millicent Prosthesis meaning it should replace it if we consider min-maxing.
