Missed opportunities for martyr effigies

[Tiny serpent Shnissuvihr]

Is it just me or there's a lot of areas where it would seem it is a good idea for there to be effigies but there are none present?

Just to name few examples:

-Caria manor gate
-Auriza side tomb
-Dominula's first site of grace
-wormface (if there is an effigy, I haven't found it)

Does anyone else have found areas where there seems to be a missing effigy? or am I just trash at finding them
