cannot find alexander the pot

Hello. I am currently just before the last boss and trying to collect most items possible. So I wanted to get the talisman from alexander quest. But I can't find him in any of the location he's supposed to stand. (I tried stormhill, gael tunnel, redmane castle and the desert behind, south of liurnia tower, magma dragon spot, fire giant spot and farum azula). I even looked for him on the round table and magma manor. He is definitly unfindable...

You should talk with him and progress he's quest line before radagon festival
Also killing malekith blocks acces to all quest lines

Alexander the Pot is still not implemented into the game.
We have Alexander the Iron Fist

if you wait with doing quests till the end they fail. For most quests the breakpoint is firegiant and maliketh
