Good weapons for farming Moghwyn Palace grace?

Level 97 and use a faith strength build and have not gone to the capital yet, should i wait until I get something like Blasphemes Blade for the farm the mobs near the palace or is there an easier weapon to use? Know there is a glitch in the same area for rune farming, but never liked those precision jumps (and Fromsoft seem hell pent on patching the exploit, so don't want to rely on it) Wish i had the golden wave sword, heard its great for this farm, but think you need the final boss to get that one.

Like you mention, the Sacred Relic Sword is BY FAR the best option to farm that area.

But if you dont have it.... um, maybe try some incantations? Lighting Strike could be somewhat decent, theres also the Dragon Breaths if you can meet the Arc requirements (15 i think)

Been needing to get that spell so good timing then, thanks :) Too bad my arcane is 9 so need the farm to do the farm if I wanted the breath weapons lol!

Too bad I'm still not any of the really good AOE spells yet (like giant spells or red lighting) or I would have other options.

Theres also another method of farming in that area, just shot the bird on the blood lake and it will fall to its death

It gives around 10k i believe.

Though heard they tried fixing that thing's pathing issue to stop that, but it was at least month ago (possibly longer) so I could be wrong.

What is with FromSoft patching rune farms? Okay, jumping off the map and letting a gltich is a cheap method, but its harmless from what I can tell, since its gear that makes the bulk of the build. Not that stats don't help but so far it does seem more your load out that does the heavy lifting for builds.

yeha if you picked the bow you need these giant walking things first.
but you can respecc for farming and then respecc after farming

i dont konw how many respec tears you have
but i think in my playthrough i had like 7-8 by level 90

Lansseax's Glaive or Frozen Lightning Spear are 2 incantations that can be used as alternative to Sacred Relic Sword.
Otherwise, as already said, hoarfrost stomp is your best bet: because of the straight nature of the Blasphemous Blade's Ash of War, it isn't that great for farming there.

You can 1 shot the end but i just messed up :)

The dragon breath incantations are pretty sick if you have the attributes.
