Hmm i killed it there and then i met it later again with all that lightning? that one disappears too but also keeps coming back after reloading the area did i break something?

You mean the one thats near death?

I think he always leaves if you have a Phantom with you, but i remember trying to get to him from behind (by going back form the Elevator) and he attacked me instead of leaving.
