Why my damage is so low

I am 184 level and have few weaopons maxed to highest level, but mobs in that western part of snow location taking damage from me like 5-10% per hit. Maybe i missed something or using wrong weapons? My main weapon is Godskin Peeler

What are your stats and what's the attack power on the weapon?

look at your weapon. i just pulled up my godskin, you scale with dex mainly, and str secondary. put more pts into dex and then str. dont keep them even, because the weapon doesn't scale evenly. not sure if you can modify since i haven't tried, but certain modifications can influence your weapon to scale better with the stats you invested into

My strength is 51, dex is 41

I went though that area the other day in NG+. The only issue I had were the overly aggressive enemies all because I use the Rotten Duelist set, minus the helmet. And I'm currently lv 177. Are you buffing or using the weapon skills?

What weapons and weapon arts are you using in it?

What is the highest damage weapon without slow attacks and pretty high range?
At least one of them, i'l get it and upgrade.

I am using holy/blood/lightning buffs for weapon.
(it's hard to say what I am using due localization namings)

Ok so I see the Godskin Peeler is your primary weapon. Honestly, you should have left the Black Flame Tornado ability. Not every enemy will take bleed damage. I gave up on that although I admit that my secondary is Ekenora's Poleblade. Innate bleed and fire damage at the same time. My main is a Gargoyles Halberd with the Black Flame Tornado on it and the damage is insane using the weapons ability.
