How do I get to this place above the albinauric village

I've finished the game at lvl 150 currently farming for NG and doing all the secret zones and side bosses (btw never try malenia and radagon in a day. Worst idea ever took me 5h for both of them lol). But Idk how to get to this place specifically. Searched on google but nothing.

you need progress through ranni questline to get up there

It requires you to be involved with Ranni's questline. The entrance to that area is actually underground, and not accessible from Liurnia.

yeah that's what I did. Got to Nokron (or whatever the name is of the meteor city) gave her the item from Nokron then she vanished/killed the puppet master and that's it.

Go to north tower of three sisters. get into teleport, grab fleshlight, talk to fleshlight after use at nearby grace many times, explore.

If needing to find the place in greater detail on your search/research, just look up how to get to "Moonlight Altar," as that is the name of that place above the Albinauric Village you're seeking.
