whats the soft cap for endurance?

im stuck at malenia coz my stamina isnt enough to safely attack after dodging her combos. currently my endurance investment is 30. whats the soft/hard caps for it? im using colossal weapons just in case thats relevant

Soft cap for just stamina is around 50, and for equip load it's around 60.

Turtle talisman is in an underground bunker in Summonwater Village in Limgrave. There's a bunch of turtles hanging around the entrance. You need a Stonesword Key. You will never have enough Stamina in the game which is a deliberate design choice to limit the use of heavy weapons.

50 END is the softcap.
Maximum stamina can be further increased by:
- Erdtree's Favor
- Viridian Amber Medallion
- Radahn's Great Rune
- Greenspill Crystal Tear
Stamina regeneration can be boosted by:
- Green Turtle talisman
- Pickled Turtle Neck
- Greenburst Crystal Tear
- Great Turtle Shell (you can wear it on your back)

And I hope you aren't fatrolling because it also decreases stamina regen by 20%
