Well, this is not a full blown RPG like Mass Effect 2 or Fallout 4 where the story of the game is mostly determined by you and can love/romance a bunch of people. You'll have to make do with a doll or be single. I'm still sad that i can't save my beloved Maiden Astraea in Demon's Souls.

the story explained why he did what he did. He could not help it. If you played Ranni path fully you know why. She killed the two fingers she was suppose to obey. Thus his "sleeper agent" within him woke up which is to kill empyreans that go against the golden order. He was gifted to her via the same 2 fingers.
No maddness cure can fix that.

Blaidd is like Maliketh, a Shadow given to an Empyrean by the Two Fingers to both watch over and protect them. And if the Empyrean should betray the Greater Will, the Shadow will go mad and become a danger to all around.

So, sadly, no matter what you do... he's just not ever going to be into you. Sorry. You can blame the Two Fingers for that.
