Merchant Bell-Bearings carry over to NG+?

Can anyone confirm whether ALL bell bearings are carried over at the twin husks shop for NG+?
I just find it suspicious how the patch notes list a bunch of bells but specifically nothing from the merchants.

not yet, i will keep inform you since i try fast-runs and at Azula they give me 2 Bell ...

I believe that the bearings that carry over are the ones found in the world, not the ones from killing merchants. So the smithing stone one found in Farum Azula will stay, but not one gotten from killing Patches.
