***SPOILERS*** When I finish Ranni's quest, will I be locked out of any of the other endings?

Originally, I wanted to get the Age of Stars ending, but I'm not sure anymore. If I finish her quest, will I still be able to get any of the five other endings if I want to?

No, After you beat the final boss you'll have a option on what to do. Ranni will be summoned in via a blue summon sign, the rest is activated via a prompt once you try and mend the Elden Ring. from what I've seen other then the Ranni ending there are no other achivements for doing any other ending so you'll just get the Elden Lord achievement. Also I don't think any of the endings have any real effect on the post end game world.

make a back up save before last boss then you can do multiple endings

Ranni's quest won't lock you out from other endings. You can choose the ending you want after you killed the last boss. Only the Frenzied Flame ending is a bit more difficult to handle, when you follow Hyetta's quest until the end you can't simply chose another ending.
