Seamless Co-op will kill the community..

You guys realize that you're actively destroying the humble PvP community by playing this illegal mod, you know that, right? Us Pvpers have been forced out of DS1, DS2, and DS3 PvP since the servers are down with no signs of coming back up. And now in Elden Ring we have a majority of co-op players moving over to this illegal trash mod, which will make us have to wait even longer to find players to invade. We already had the disadvantage since it's a 1v2, and now you cowards will run away to this mod where there is no invasions.
Just letting you guys know that you're destroying the community. That is all.

whole 0,3 percent of players download last version of that mod and when you count all unique downloads of all versions of this mod, then it is 1,6 percent.

on a constructive note, Devs see it and thats why they ignore this crazy loud minority what confuse you and make you so delusional

come back, when unique downloads of last version will be at least 50 percent of players and not 0,3

it actually work exactly like that
you can invade only people who voluntarily join PvP mode of this game and agree with it. you CANT invade players who didnt join PvP mode of this game.

i wouldn't bother actually trying to argue with this dude. he doesn't have the capacity to admit when he's wrong and when you target his math he goes to the flat earther/ anti mask line of argument and just says get educated while being the one spouting incorrect math and then when someone does the math right he's like well not all of them use the mod

Kinda wish the "seamless coop" aspect of the mod was something allowed by the folks down in Fromsoft tho'.
Not a fan of the difficulty modifications that are currently attached to said mod, but the ability to just keep meandering about with friends seems nice.

I'm aware he's useless to argue with. I'm just throwing up another post to confirm the word of others, calling him on his BS. According to your quotes, he called me mad... I'm not mad. I honestly find him hilarious, in a sad sorta way.

It is againt te rules to modify the game mechanics in any shape or form when you are playing in an online enviroment. As long as you are not connecter to the official servers the rule doesnt apply to you. But its hard to understand for some folks and they throwing stuff to the modders like "YoU wIlL bE BaNnEd" and "cOwArD cHeAtEr" instead of reading 2 lines in the ToS.

That is exactly what I was getting at. The TOS specifically mention if you are online connected to their servers, afaik--not modding in general. And with the coop mod, you aren't connected online to their servers so...

it only applies if you have an actual player in your world, otherwise you will never be invaded.

and if your only doing that in front of boss doors, then well, you'll be too quick for an invade to happen
