Decided to check who this guy was and... yeah i dont think there much we can do regarding the headgear, the thing that comes closest is the Champion Headband, you could probably mess around the Tattoos to kinda obscure the area around the eyes though.

Theres definitely stuff for the rest of the clothes and weapon, thats something.

The omen face tattoo has the most solid coverage of all the face tattoo's, add the white fog to eyes as well. I also agree the champion headdress is probably the closest.

As for chest/leg armour it would be a toss up with champions if you are fine with the added upper body bits or the duelists legs with no chest and are fine with the colour not being dark. Not really any straight leather boots without pants, likely stuck with champions again or i think the duelists works. Oh another option for boots: the elden lords ones

Arms: either champions again but i am sure you want something other than full champions. Maybe the traveler's manchettes would work, or elden lord gauntlets if fine with the metal.
