How do i get this VOLCANO MANOR item ???

Heres a picture of what i mean! The item is in the middle at the top!

If you go to the room, with many stairs, serpents, and "mr. potatoe head" at the top (the one who drops a staff) and dont walk trough the door left of mr potatoe, but instead go BACK at the END OF THE ROOM and then UP at the right...

... You come at this lil jumping puzzle, with all the cells hanging from the top, where you can jump down.

But you cant reach the item? So its either an invisible pathway or a fake wall or am i missing something else? I researched every corner of Volcano Manor and i cant find a way to get to it

the right side of the platform you are standing on, you can jump down, there is a small platform below, a door can lead you across the room
