Curious about people's builds

So I'm in NG+3 by now. In my first game I ran a strength build, Finger Print shield and the Guts sword (idk it's actual name, but I'm pretty sure most people will understand that). It was fun just being able to tank things, but I never really had to learn how to dodge.

So in my next game, I changed out to a Dex build and used the Hand of Malenia. I absolutely loved this weapon. It's special attack is so fun to use when you time it right. Plus, I enjoyed actually feeling like there was challenge to the bosses other than learning when I could attack.

In my current game, I'm still using Hand of Malenia, but I'm also using the Bolt of Gransax, and by the gods is it fun. But I was curious about what other people ran other than ROB which I've seen just about everywhere.
