Scarab at Lux ruins not appearing?

just watched a vid, not seeing the scarab there. have tried reloading, have tried approaching from different angles, no idea. dont have shield crash weapon art, cant get the scarab to spawn.

There are two parts to Lux Ruins. You want the one at the top of the hill, not the one close to Erdtree Gazing Hill site of Grace.
