Can't Invade in Journey 3

Can't find any player to invade in Journey 3 at lvl 246. for Varre's quest line. Any tips?

Well, I think you can always wait till you get to Mountaintop of the Giants and go to Mogh's palace through there. I might be mistaken, but I guess you can still invade Varre's world even if you skip his quest.

Otherwise, I don't know. There are still many people playing, but I guess the ammount of those that level up past 200 are probably lower now, so it might be a bit more difficult to find players around your level.

Why are you trying to do this quest at journey 3 btw? It's not like you gain much. Just a shortcut to mogh's palace, and assuming you need to do his quest to invade him, a very crappy weapon.

If you don't complete Varre's quest to teleport to Mohgwyn's Palace, how would you normally travel there?

A gate in western Consecrated Snowfield. Much easier to find than people co-oping at RL246 I imagine :P

Just invaded host and another player at First Step. One had courtesy to gesture and whilst I gestured back, the other attacked with RoB which didn't kill me. But then both attacked me same time and I died after almost killing the discourteous one.

2nd invasion, I gestured to host from behind and he ignored me. So I walked in front and gestured again and he tried to summon for help lol. As I gestured 3rd time, he attacked with RoB but I killed him before his summon came.

Now, let's see if I can invade last and 3rd time ...

On my 3rd invasion, I found another invader with host looking like a phantom. Anyone encountered this is this a bug or a hacker?

No. You can equip some talismans that make you look like the host or a phantom.

And it makes host invulnerable - is this a new way of afk farming lol?

Edit: How did other invader get there before me? He left before my recording.

Could be connection issues as well. But well, in your case perhaps it was an afk cheater.

Probably your level I'm at level 185 ng + 5 spend all souls on stones always find people cause I kept my level low

I'm level 300 on a NG+3. Did Varre's quest yesterday and invaded three worlds with no issues. Just keep trying, i guess.
