This is bandai and from software we are talking about. Community managers arent really a thing outside of mmorpgs. And even there.. they die out like flies.
Such large and proud japanese companies.. dont care about random stranger feedback.
I get the frustration, but I don't believe that From soft has any obligation to read the Steam forums - they are a 320 person studio that already uses a ton of crunch, the last thing they need is more tasks.
If you want to give feedback, try Bandai Namco support for Elden Ring, there could be a category there where you can communicate what you want. Especially if it is a balance concern/glitch/hacker etc, a problem with the game, but there might be a place for more general suggestions.
They are interested in feedback, they recently did a survey of Elden Ring players
Unless they've kept themselves hidden, I don't think there are ER mods. There are just general valve mods that check in here from time to time. That said, I don't know how our reports look. Someone on this board had experience moderating a different board, and he gets the reports to his notifications. So not sure where the ER reports go to? Maybe a general inbox, that random mods review once it gets too full?

Fun fact - less than 1 in 4 players like invasions, even a little!
reported
reported for report
Etc...
No it is a fact lol, you just don't like it lambkin!
Put more precisely, less than 1/4 players list "invasions" as their favorite multiplayer mechanic, with "favorite" not being exclusive (as in, you can have 2+ "favorites")
1694 total respondees
quoted from survey
"Favorite online features
Surveyees were asked what their favorite online features are, and could choose multiple answers.
Messages: 1015
Cooperative multiplayer: 746
Bloodstains: 547
Illusions: 502
Intrusion multiplayer: 293
Hostile multiplayer: 169"
So only 293/1694 -> 17%
17% of people (in this survey) like invasions, fact

another lol
I mean, it makes sense, the idea that 2x as many people like cooping than the amount of people who like invasions
