Kenneth/Nepheli Quest Not Progressing

I'm trying to finish their quest. I have:
- Killed Morgott
- Killed Godrick
- Exhausted Kenneth's Dialog
- Received the Stormhawk King
- Given it to Nepheli
- Rested at the Secluded Cell and then the Godrick the Grafted graces
- Visited the (empty) Throne Room
- Talked to Gastoc

Any help?

her last dialoge line in the roundtable is "in this ash i can smell the ancient storm" that is the last line she says there after getting the hawk ashes. from there she will go to the throneroom once you rest at the boss grace of godrick once.

i mean more like if roderika is ignored and not a spirit tuner yet, friend totally ignored her and wasnt able to progress certain quests that took place in the hold, we checked wiki and it was mentioned there, progressing her quest unlocked the others

so what confused me was the mixing up of names, Morgott is the final boss of leyndell capital, not stormveil castle which i believed for a while. only after beating morgott and resting at the stormveil castle boss room (and possibly talking to gostoc) do kenneth and the girl move to the throne room

line from the walktrough but yes you can actually complete her quest before reaching farum.
BUT also this from the walktrough:

*Roderika's quest line must be progressed to the point where she can upgrade spirit ashes before you can give Nepheli the Stormhawk King. If you reach Crumbling Farum Azula, Roderika and Hewg will have some new dialogue which must be completed before you can continue (despite being essentially unrelated)*

its what i had to do to get her to show up

well, if you confirmed that it doesnt work that way (anymore) let them know

Sounds like you're trying to piece it all together chronologically. Just want to make sure you meant to write Margit, and not Morgott. Cause Morgott has to die for that quest to continue.

When you do, travel to Godrick's grace. Gostoc should be there. Rest at the grace again and he should be gone, then just walk ahead to the throne area and all 3 should be there.

I have done this exact thing. Gostoc is at the grace. I rest there. No one moves. I've exhausted all dialog. Unless it's a time thing? I dunno.

its not a time thing. if gostoc doesnt move to the throne room a trigger wasnt fullfilled. where is nephi now and where is kenneth and what do they say each.

You talked to Kenneth? I saw Nepheli, at the throne minus Kenneth when Kenneth went to the fort. She would not move for me, until Kenneth was off that bridge.

Nephi is at the Roundtable Hold, saying something about the ashes of the Hawk I just gave her. Kenneth is at the fort, saying he needs to find a proper lord. Gastoc is at the grace, saying that he can do whatever he wants now while stomping on Godfrey.

I know you said u rested at the Margit fire. Try it again? otherwise you may just have to wait a bit more in the story. like after fire giant?
