Kenneth/Nepheli Quest Not Progressing

I'm trying to finish their quest. I have:
- Killed Morgott
- Killed Godrick
- Exhausted Kenneth's Dialog
- Received the Stormhawk King
- Given it to Nepheli
- Rested at the Secluded Cell and then the Godrick the Grafted graces
- Visited the (empty) Throne Room
- Talked to Gastoc

Any help?

Talk to Gideon, he will comment on Nepheli, after that, they should move

ye her quest is the worst one by far most of her stuff is so badly unrelated its almost comical

I think the Albinauric village part of Nepheli's questline also needs to be completed.

Actually, Kenneth mentions getting someone of proper lineage for the throne, and if you noticed, Nepheli Loux has the same family name has Horah Loux, aka Godfrey.

Actually, Kenneth mentions getting someone of proper lineage for the throne, and if you noticed, Nepheli Loux has the same family name has Horah Loux, aka Godfrey.

ye i noticed that too, too bad you can bring that fact up with not a single npc and giving her the storm king ashes is also out of nowhere not to mention all the people you have to talk to for her quest to finally trigger that are literally unrelated like having to talk to hewg after completing farum about completly unrelated stuff

The hint is the whole talk she does about the winds, which is mentioned in the Hawk description.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by going back to the gateside grace and going inside the room where Gostoc was first found.
After that i went back to the grace just before Godrick and walked from there to the throne room, reloaded from Godricks grace and went to the throne room again and then Nepheli was there together with Kenneth and Gostoc.

man just look at the walktrough for the quests its so bad its not even funny to read most other quests are at least acceptable with the major annoyance being guessing where they teleport over too but nephelli loux is just painfully bad in comparison

YOu have to progress a certain distance into the game to finish her quest. I think you need to at least reach Farum Azula, but I'm not sure.

Mine won't progress either, but I THINK my issue is just simply that I progressed all the way to the capital before I went back and got her quest item from the 4 belfries.

nope, killing morgott is the earlyest you can finish the quest

i think you need to rest at the throne room grace (bossroom grace)

this is also 100% incorrect information. you dont even have to set foot into the mountains for finishing her questline.

the distance in the game is haveing beaten morgott. that is the trigger for them go to the throne room. i literally did that right after morgott a few days ago with a new char. and it worked.

for the record tc : is seluvis still alive? did you get the potion and did you kill the omenkiller boss in the village? you didnt list that.

also this is correct aswell. if he is still alive. otherwise this step is skipped and it works without him.

nephis quest is one of the few early points where you can get an ancient dragon smithing stone. or rather 2 of them.
the only other early option is sellens quest by betraying her. thats the earliest one.


tc you have defintly fullfilled the boss requirement with morgott. so gotta test which other step youre missing. it should work where you are.

un exhausted dialogue in the hold can also interfere with Nepheli not moving, not sure when exactly
