Question about Ranni, big spoilers!

AGAIN, SPOILER ALERT

So I have Cursemark of Death, Fia wants it, I want to complete quests and fight bosses, but I also want to have some Ranni's ending (as I am assuming that is what this is for). Do I miss it, if I give this to Fia?

I was able to do both in my first playthrough, yet I'm not sure if there is a specific order.

You can complete Ranni's quest then Fias. Ranni give you an item after you show her you have the cursemark. You can then give it to Fia.

I'm sure that you can't have two endings in one playthrough. I have the item from Ranni. I know that Fia wants it, but I don't know whether I sacrifice Ranni's quest line by giving it away...

You can only get one ending, unless you back up your save. However, you can complete both quest lines with no problem. Ranni doesn't care if you give it away, as far as I can recall. You can also just complete her quest and then Fia's if it worries you. As long as Ranni has left her tower after you get the cursemark, you should be good.

So you can collect all the ending related items but you can only pick one of the runes to give to Marika for that specific ending. Ranni's is actually a bit different, once you beat the final boss you'll see a blue summon sign on the ground and that's what you'll need to trigger her ending. As far as I know, the only ending that locks you out of all others is the Frenzied Flame one.

You can do both quest anyways in fact you can do every quest for ending and you select which end at the very end you want, exept for frenzy ending this one will lock you away from all others

You can still get out of that ending, but it takes a lot of effort.

I am aware of this, but in and of itself it does still lock you out of all endings. You can't pick your ending even if you have the appropriate items unless you go and poke yourself with said object.
