If you can press only 1 button and do a combo that can easy kill you bc the range, the duration and the high damage, and best of all, most of the community use it, maybe there is a big problem that need to be fixed
Nerfing PvP META has always ended up breaking PvE in FROM games.
Likely what will happen is they'll move on to dual naganatas if bleed isn't nerfed but RoB is. if bleed is nerfed they'll go back to using the dual vyke's spears that their friend dropped for them at level 1 along with bestial sling and eye lasers.
even if bleed gets nerfed, which they haven't yet even with nerfs in the last few patches so i doubt it will, madness is still op and can force you to eat a charged heavy even if it procs during a roll.
Just admit you don't want your bleed build to become balanced.
Running attacks also need a bit of downscaling in damage since all fights devolve into someone with a spear sprinting in circles trying to find an opening for a running poke, where as dark souls had a much bigger emphasis on spacing and hyper armor dmg trading.
Last major change would probably remove guard stab attacks for greatshields given the old DS kick mechanic is gone and the kick weapon art doesn't do enough stamina damage to break guards anyway.
