The first phase is obviously easy, but it's a gimmick I'm okay with considering how boring the other boss formula is. Just get a weapon that can kill her in the first drop, not really a big deal.
The dodge pattern is actually the most consistent out of all the bosses ive fought to be honest. All the spells can be dodged very easily. I'm not just saying that, if you get the timing right you'll always dodge them, even the ice that's staggered.
I know it's tired advice, but if you're getting one shot by even the weak attacks then you need to reevaluate your stats/level/gear. It's okay to leave and explore and level up a bit if you're having difficulty with an enemy.
