Arteria Leaf and Miquella's Lily - Solid Farming Spots?

Has anybody found a decent place to farm these?

I know they are rare, but I'm a little concerned about burning through all of my Bewitching Branches at Castle Sol and Exalted Flesh.

And to get the Cookbook for Bewitching Branches, you have to kill Mohg... That... sounds lovely.

i don't even know how rewards really work to be honest and don't sweat it and will do
