I have to agree with the OP. Some drop rates are just absurd. Atleast there are more than one of the Misbegottens, There is only 1 knight to my knowledge that drops the Heavy variant of the Banished knight chest armor with probably the same drop rate. I get that you want to grind for some items, but my lord it takes forever lol.

OP make sure you are farming the right enemy. Check this just in case, by some odd chance, the one you are specifically farming isn't known to drop it:

thats sorta the issue with random number drops. its all based on luck unless its guaranteed

Right, it could be 0.01% drop rate but get it in 2 kills. We won't know the actual rates until data mining. It doesn't help that most games use low quality random number generators which are prone to issues. For now it is hard to say if it is actually very rare or just semi-rare.
