For the rest... It really depends, scarlet breath wrecks almost everything, ice breath is great about more specific enemies weak to it, but so far I have not seen a good use for the blue fire dragon one.
I would say they are pretty good overall, but also quite slow to cast so you have to keep an eye on your timing when using them

i have a light dagger with it equipped specially for those kind of pvp players
If you're using general incants, which one is best will vary wildly based off which spells you use and what your other stats are,.
Generally speaking, aside from support incants (like Flame Protect Me, Golden Vow, Flame Cleanse Me, etc.) or the aforementioned rot breath, you're not going to see much return for the cost if you don't go real heavy on Faith. Like, yeah you can chuck some fireballs but if you only have like 25 faith you'll be way better off just smacking your enemy with a sword.
