Starcaller cry skill not working

I have been trying to use the Radahn great sword power and all my guy does is yell like a jack ass and charge up the attack but nothing happens

Do you have FP?

If you meet the requirements you should be able to use it unless youre out of FP

I have 80ish FP and it says it only costs 20, im seriously confused why it wont do the attack

What like heavy or light attack? I play on PC but use an xbox controller, what follow up would I need to do?

Tried it, still nothing he just charges up the attack and looks like he is going to do the next step then stops :/

So I leveled up to make sure I have the required stats WITHOUT the talisman, and it still just charges up the attack, I have doing the heavy attack input and pressing just about every other button...tf is going on, am I autistic???

I figured it out, you just press the same button twice for me it was L2
