Is there any clue as to where to go to find Sellen a new body?

I know where it is, but only because I looked it up online. How in the heck are you expected to find this? Is there anything anyone says that would suggest you look there? If so, I sure didn't find it.

there is an illusury wall blocking stairs in the ruins between rannis rise and rennas rise. go in thar, and find the message that says "do not touch" and roll into the walls around thar. Should find a doll for her in a hidden room.

the clue is the obvious looking floor and the single enemy ontop of it (and the countless msgs when online) the same floor texture is used a dozen times

To answer your question: I looked around for clues that point to the hidden underground chamber but couldn't find any. I guess it's just pure luck and extensive exploration. I think the last bit is recognizing that there's a 'body' that looks just like Sellen's in that chamber.

once u played other fromsoft games u get a little crazy looking for secrets lol, in kings field 4 u had secret walls that could only be revealed by shooting a arrow in a 10pixel square hole, and besides secret walls and floors it also had secret windows lol

Ok I'm 'cleaning up' the game, and I found this note sold by the Isolated Merchant on the east wall of the Academy:

The Preceptor's Secret
"Preceptor Seluvis is hiding a dirty secret in a cellar among the ruins not far from the sisters three.

The vile Graven Witch seems to be a frequent visitor to that place."

Sellen is the Graven Witch, so it would make sense to go look for that cellar as she used to visit it.

yes the merchants notes tell you lots of extra things that alot of people don't know about. like how to 1 hit those flamethrower head tanks with the guy driving in the back. (you can jump on top of them and 1 hit them like a sekiro assassination)
the merchant notes are worth buying and reading.

yea those notes are super underrated, they even tell u how to beat one of the most annoying monsters, revenants, by healing them lol. or where Sellia Hideaway is in caelid where u also do a part of sellens quest

Yeah, I found this and her body while doing his stuff. Nearly forgot about it though since I did her quest so much later.
